Booking & Arrival

 

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?


Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you vacate your pitch by 1:00 PM on the day of departure. If you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

 

Is the site secure and accessible at all times?

Yes! Access is available 24/7 through two electric gates, giving you freedom and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Accommodation & Facilities

 

 

What facilities are included in the shepherd huts?


Each luxury shepherd hut is fully equipped with:

 

  • A comfortable double bed with linens and towels provided

  • En-suite shower and toilet

  • Kitchenette with fridge, hob, kettle, and cooking essentials

  • Heating and insulation for year-round comfort

  • Electricity, hot water, and lighting

 

Are the huts suitable for all seasons?

Yes, our huts are built to be cosy and comfortable all year round, with proper insulation and heating for colder months.

 

Is there hot water and electricity in the huts?

​

Yes, all huts have mains electricity and hot water—no compromises on comfort, no matter the season.

 

Is there Wi-Fi or mobile phone signal?

​

Wi-Fi is available on-site. Mobile phone signal is generally good, but as we’re in the countryside, it may vary slightly depending on your provider.

 

 

Dogs & Animals

 

 

Are dogs allowed?

​

Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs! They must be kept on a lead while in the orchard and all waste must be cleaned up.

We also offer on-site doggy day care and grooming, but advance booking is required.

 

Will I be sharing the space with animals?

​

Yes—one of the charms of our location is the presence of free-roaming wildlife. Deer, rabbits, and other animals are often seen in the orchard. Please treat all wildlife with care and respect.

 

Cooking & Fires

 

Can I have a barbecue or fire?

​

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Open fires are not allowed for safety reasons.

Is it a quiet, rural location?

Are there places to eat nearby?

​

Yes! The Snitterfield Arms pub is just a short walk away and offers a range of meals and weekly events. You’re also only 10 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and takeaways.

 

Where is the nearest shop or supermarket?

​

You’ll find a handy village store nearby for essentials, and Cobb’s Farm Shop for artisan food, local produce, and a café. For larger shops, Tesco, Morrisons, and Aldi are all just 10 minutes away by car.

 

Is the site accessible for guests with limited mobility?

​

Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs—we’ll do our best to advise whether our facilities are suitable.

 

 

Policies

 

 

Is smoking allowed?

​

Smoking is not permitted inside the huts. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

 

Are children welcome?

​

Yes! Our site is family-friendly. Please supervise children around wildlife, barbecues, and electric gates.

 

Do you offer seasonal or long-term stays?

​

No, we do not offer seasonal pitches. Stays are limited to short-term holiday use only.

 

Can guests be refused entry or asked to leave?

​

Yes. Management reserves the right to deny access or terminate a stay if guest behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
